Ron Betzelberger

Ron Betzelberger has been square dancing since 1976 and round dancing since 1982. Ron started calling and teaching square dancing in 1980 and round dancing in 2004. Along with his wife Jan, they travel throughout Illinois and adjacent states calling Mainstream and Plus and cueing PH II, III, and IV. In recent years they have been wintering in the Rio Grande Valley where Ron calls and teaches at the Alamo Palms RV & Mobile Park in Alamo, Texas. They have donated their time and talent doing hundreds of introduction to square and round dance parties for churches, schools and civic organizations. Ron served as the Program Chair for the Illinois State Convention from 2008 through 2019.
