James Cha

James Cha became hooked on calling in 2017. A natural teacher, James enjoys helping dancers learn new moves and improve moves they think they already know. When he’s not studying calling or singing, James organizes workshops with visiting caller instructors, coordinates caller schedules for regional dances, and served as Programming Co-Chair for both the 2024 and 2025 Illinois Square Dance Conventions. James is a past president of Glenview Squares.
