Cuer

Square dance life for John Hand started back in 1977 as a new dancer with Joliet Squares. He met his wife Liz at a dance in 1978 and they have been dancing ever since. They began round dancing more than 30 years ago and love it.  John always thought he wanted to learn to cue, but his job in health care prevented doing much of anything but working at his local hospital. After a 46-year career in the medical field, he retired and is now pursuing the new challenge of round dance cueing. He and his wife stay very busy with dance weekends and camping with their National Square Dance Campers Association chapter. They are also members of Roundalab and the Missouri Round Dance Association.
